“Aching Muscle Blend” and the “Muscle Relaxer Blend”

Aching Muscle Blend

Whether its from working at the computer for long hours, strenuous exercise, or stress, muscle tension is no fun. ”With about 65 million Americans suffering from back pain, it’s the second most common reason for medical visits.” – Dr. Michael Roizen, MD

The great news is you can find relief at home by blending specific Essential Oils that have natural pain relieving properties. These oils help the body by increasing circulation, relaxing muscular and nervous tension, relieving spasms and reducing inflammation.

As we have learned previously, Aromatherapy is a fantastic complementary therapy to other treatments such as massage therapy, chiropractic treatments and acupuncture. In my wellness center, we incorporate therapeutic blends such as the ones I will share with you. These formulas enhance healing overall and provides the receivers of the treatment with relief from chronic pain. Even better, you can make these at home and apply to sore muscles anytime you need.

You can make one oil recipe or both. Alternating blends is always recommended.

For each recipe blend the ingredients in your amber glass bottle. Rub the oil into sore, achy or tired muscles, or have someone massage the areas for you!
